My American Story
I grew up in a working-class community known for its grit and vigor in North East Pennsylvania. I was taught the foundations of ethics and good citizenship from my school and community. I grew up with little means but lots of opportunity and used that opportunity to improve my life. The United States offered hope to my great-grandparents when they were need in their home countries, and without that generosity, I couldn't possibly be where I am today.
